I am 6 feet tall so am not wanting to get as low as some of you out there. <BR/>I lost 4 pound this week but its due to the sickness thing I had over the weekend so is bound to go up again. I am happy maintaining just below my original goal and have been here for over a year now which is very pleasing. It took a year exactly to get there.<BR/>Be encouraged you people. You can do it.
