I could work up more but don't have time or inclination to at this stage of life.<BR/><BR/>I would wait until you have lost most of your weight (I don't know off-hand how much you have left) because the more spare weight, the harder on your joints. <BR/><BR/>"Jogging and Running for Dummies" is actually a really cool book for beginners.
