I've done well with that, but I'm not sure if I'll get to 190 by January 1. Right now I'm hovering about halfway there (or at least I was before Thanksgiving), but I'm fluctuating so much it's hard to tell where I am. Unfortunately, reading the Torah portion each week didn't happen.
