173.4 oops general trend is up. i think I am stress eating and also some bad choices. Life is a bit hectic as dad is in hospital having had a stroke. They are 2 1/2 hours away by car so not easy to be there as often as I would like. Need to reverse thsi trend though as I am noticing some clothes are a bit tight.
Gosh everyone had a great week! I did really bad with my eating! Up 2.5. I know that is really bad but there is some good news...I am starting to exercise again! Hooray! I saw my brother in-law in teh Iron Man triathalon and it totally inspired me to start moving more. I want to sign up for a 5k and be able to run the whole time. That is my goal!!! SO there you have it!

I was at 178.6, so back down to where I was before my vacation a couple of weeks ago.
