How is everyone doing this week with staying on track? I know its only Wednesday, but have you been making the effort to lose??? Also, what is everyone planning for the weekend to keep loosing and not gain back what you lost earlier in the week? Keep movin'!

Who's weighing in this week?

It's almost Monday, so I'm posting a weigh-in post.
I'm once again not weighing in (well I don't currently have any scales, for one thing, because I left them with Elly when I got married!). But I will be trying to keep accountable with y'all about eating well and exercising.
My exciting news for this week is that I have a scan today (Monday). It's the 20 week scan where they check everything is going according to plan with the baby's growth, and also the one where we choose not to find out the sex of our baby because we want a surprise!

Just wondering what everyone is planning to stay on track this week??? We can do this people. Its our last chance to get in better shape before the summer is here. I want to drink TONS of water and move for at least 30 mins today and everyday this week. How about all of you???

Monday's weigh in post

Hey everyone! I know it's not actually Monday yet, but I thought of putting up a weigh in post, so I figured I'd go ahead and do it.

How has your weekend been? We had lots of people over for lunch today - a 'bring and share' type thing. But we've got so much stuff left over, and it's all cakes and crisps (chips) and stuff, so I think I need to take some of it in to work tomorrow to get rid of it!

My aim for this week is to keep up the exercise and try to stay more in control of my eating.

Staying on track?

It's Thursday...getting closer to the weekend.

How is everyone doing? Managing to stay on track?

My week has been good. Yesterday I deviated a bit and was hungry, so I had a serving of almonds and a serving of peanut butter, so those 2 things added calories and fat pretty quickly but at least it was the healthy kind, right?

Today is going to be tough getting my exercise in. I usually get some cardio in the morning and then weights over the lunch hour but we're having some work done at home, so even though I'm working from home, I have to be home to let the workers in...so there goes my morning cardio. The workers will still be here over the lunch hour so I could go get my workout in but then I have to pick up my daughter at 2 for a Dr's appt, so I wouldn't have time to get ready...so I'm going to play that workout by ear...and then to top it off, I have to go in to work tonight around 5-6 for a software release that we're doing and we have to be in the office for...so even if I don't get my exercise in...my eating will stay on track!!!

Its Monday...Weigh yourself!

I hope nobody is bothered that I put this up. Just thought I would help out. I am not trying to step on any toes here. How is everyone doing with weight loss? How about exercise and water intake. Why don't we all set goals for ourselves for the week. Tell us you personal goal and we can all check in on each other.
Lets not spend the summer fat and frumpy friends. Won't we have more fun in the sun if we are taking care of ourselves?!!! I am sure that I will! I hate being all self conscious wearing shorts. I actually haven't worn shorts in years (except with a bathing suit) cause I am always worried about my legs. I am a capri girl, but it would be nice to add in some shorts this year! Lets get healthy! NOW!!!

How's your weekend?

Nikki, just checking in on you...how is your weekend going?

Weekends are always tough, well, at least for me they are. I haven't THE hardest time sticking to eating healthy on the weekends. I think it's my frame of my mind, weekend is here, the hard week is over, time to relax, eat good, etc. That's just not the right way to think and I know I need to change that.

Elly, how's it going on phase 1?
