What is your plan?

Just wondering what everyone is planning to stay on track this week??? We can do this people. Its our last chance to get in better shape before the summer is here. I want to drink TONS of water and move for at least 30 mins today and everyday this week. How about all of you???

What am I doing to stay on track...well, not letting my guard down over the weekend. Weekends are my downfall. I'm good with exercise and most of the time I'm good with my eating during the week BUT then Friday night rolls around and it all goes downhill.

I have the same problem! What is it with the weekends? I just don't understand why on earth the weekends mess everything up!

I think I'm just so used to celebrating with food. Birthday...go out to eat, mother's day...go out to eat, father's day...go out to eat, holiday...go out to eat, weekend...go out to eat. I need to retrain my brain.

I went on the treadmill today and did 32 minutes. Will try to get on again in the next couple of days.

well I went swimming but still haven;t got the bike out. Its too windy this week. well that's one excuse. Mainly exercise just doesn;t get a place in my schedule very easily.
