Sorry it's late..

Hey y'all, sorry I didn't post yesterday. Took M to the dentist and he had teeth out, so I had two people to look after for the rest of the day!

How's it going? Things slowed down a bit for me. I think it's more the fact that I'm actually able to eat again, having hardly eaten anything last weekend cos of the sore throat.

Actually, looking at the numbers, more than slowed down, I'm actually back up 2.

But I know that I'm doing my belt up on a tighter hole, so that's gotta be good.

I need to concentrate on exercise now that I'm mostly better

Glad you are feeling better Debs.

I am up one this week to 151. I do believe it is a water retention thing. I was 149 last Friday! That was exciting and because that was the first time I have been below 150 in a while, I am encouraged to continue working hard at it.

I haven't been working out as much. Lots of snow(for us) and kids out of school, so getting to the gym was tough. Now I am playing catch up with work.

Today, I am going to the foot Dr to have my heel checked out. Last August, a door slammed into my heel and it still hurts a good bit. For the longest time, I just assumed it was bruised, but now I don't know. So I am going to get it check to make sure I am not making it worse by exercising on it.

I'm the same. Well, 0.2 up from 2 weeks ago so basically the same. It's all good given that I was on antibiotics and that always stops me and sometimes causes me to gain. I'm also retaining dontch'a know.

hm, that's interesting about antibiotics.I'm on them too and haven't lost anything this week
