170.4Up 2. Help it's a long time since I saw 170. Definitely time to take action. Phase 1 for a few days is called for but maybe not till next week when I can get my shopping sorted and a meal plan in place.Don't despair pigwot. We can do this together.
I have no real change. I was all reved up last week...then the weekend came. I blew it. Here we go again.
I'm with you Nikki. I think I need some daily accountability, but the kids and work have me so busy right now. It's great, but doesn't make for great eating choices. So here I go again too!!! I was up 2 this week.
I have some advice for you. I know I should not be giving ANYONE dieting advice, but I will anyway. Get a cute little cooler that you like, fill it with snacks that are healthy choices. ONLY eat the stuff you take with you. I did this last week and it totally worked. I never was tempted to stop and "pick up" something.
We should be getting our internet sorted on saturday, so once i'm back i'll try to get things happening around here a bit more.love to you all.I'm at 17 weeks today.
Nikki, the cooler thinigs totally works!! That's what we used to do for everything and it always made things much better. 162.2 is down from the last weigh in. I'll take it. It's a good start since we moved 2wks ago. :o)
