I had a good week. I tried hard to stay on track since I'm signed up for the Biggest Loser at my gym. I think we have a weigh in coming up in about 2 weeks, so I don't want to be at the back of the pack. :) Friday I fell of the wagon but I told myself that was my "lax" day and got right back on...didn't stray over the weekend (which I usually do) but I stuck with it. It was tough but I got through it.
I attempted to weigh myself this morning, but the scales weren't cooperating. I don't really want to think about it though. At the moment i'm pretty much eating all the time (or so it feels) cos if i don't eat, I puke! Lovely!
I need to try to get back into doing some gentle exercise this week too.
171/166/150stg So we've pretty much made it abck where we started last year. Weight Watchers is back in full swing. Exercise is hit or miss, tendonitis has flared so bad I can hardly type this, both wrist. it's aweful. I have managed to walk around the block with the dog and stroller before waiting for the bus to get my oldest. So just over a half mile. It's a start.
162.6/166.8/164 Down .8 this week which is at least down. Finding myself wanting to eat all the time. I think it is because I am tired as I am not pregnant! Tendonitis sounds horrible Stephine. Good luck with the exercise. small steps is good. I had a short muddy walk yesterday but felt it was a good step (pun intended)
