we're going to get there!
188/192.2/180 (stg)Arrgh! Up again. Not good. Too much eating out and too much boredom eating. I've got good reasons to want to lose weight - being a bridesmaid for both my sisters, not weighing more than my boyfriend (who's also trying to lose weight, but whose diet has gone a bit haywire since we started going out. Clearly we should be trying harder to be a good influence on each other's eating habits.)
Ooh and something I'm looking forward to - my boyfriend's birthday on Thursday. :-)
Forgot all about getting on the scale. I'll post that tomorrow. Something to look forward to this week... having my mom back from vacation!! I've missed haivn ghelp with the kids! :o)
I didn't even think to get on the scale this morning. Not sure I'd have liked the number if I had.Just trying to concentrate on eating healthily and getting enough sleep cos I'm still totally exhausted!
167 which is about same as last week but not down. I would like to shift 3 pounds but at least I haven't gone up.
I intentionally avoided the scaled this morning. Too much salty food last night and I didn't want to see the damage. I will report tomorrow morning!
190/187.6/179(stg)No movement...my bad.
143/147/125 up 1..yuck
I finally remembered to get on this morning. 171/164.6/150(stg)down 1.4 YAY!!!
Just reread the post and realised I had totally missed this bit. I am looking forward to fetching HP back from uni at the weekend. It is a long drive but I enjoy the break, time to look at shops in Exeter and going to her church on Sunday before we drive back. Time in the car together is good too.
Not weighing at home for now, but checking in to say "hi!"I am looking forward to seeing my 3 munchkins tomorrow when the return from a stay with Aunt DebbieBoo and grandparents...although I must admit I am thoroughly enjoying having my own Spring Break!
Can someone please explain the 3 numbers people use. 170/132/102 etcMaybe I missed something here!
starting weight/current weight/goal weight is usually how it goes.Sometimes the last number is a short term goal.
