Up for third week running. Only .8 this week but that's 4.8 pounds in 3 weeks. Have to address this now me thinks. It's an alarming trend.
I know I have been turning to food as comfort this week. I know I ought to go to God. Will keep you posted.

Well, I'm back where I started at the beginning of the year.

So, I'm officially entered in the Biggest Loser competition at the gym, so I had my measurements taken yesterday.

Time to get those numbers moving down on the scale!!!

I thought as I left the house that i should text Bekki to put up a post, and then thought it again about half an hour ago!

I'm 227, up 1.8 on last week :(

I forgot to report yesterday. No change this week.

Bekki-I understand completely. When my husband is visiting, we eat out a lot and I tend to gain.

Elly- You can do it. It is so easy to turn to food for comfort. You have the right idea and I'm sure next week will be better.

Christina- Good luck with the biggest loser! Kick some butt!

So I'm at 165 this morning, that's up and we're stopping that trend as of today. :o)

I'm back!!
I started at 185, last week. I've been off the rails, and put on loads of weight, but this week I'm down 3 lbs to 182.
