Up for third week running. Only .8 this week but that's 4.8 pounds in 3 weeks. Have to address this now me thinks. It's an alarming trend.I know I have been turning to food as comfort this week. I know I ought to go to God. Will keep you posted.
190/190/179(stg)+1.4Well, I'm back where I started at the beginning of the year.So, I'm officially entered in the Biggest Loser competition at the gym, so I had my measurements taken yesterday.Time to get those numbers moving down on the scale!!!

I forgot to report yesterday. No change this week. Bekki-I understand completely. When my husband is visiting, we eat out a lot and I tend to gain.Elly- You can do it. It is so easy to turn to food for comfort. You have the right idea and I'm sure next week will be better.Christina- Good luck with the biggest loser! Kick some butt!Debs- Hang in there!
Late, sorry...So I'm at 165 this morning, that's up and we're stopping that trend as of today. :o)
I'm back!!I started at 185, last week. I've been off the rails, and put on loads of weight, but this week I'm down 3 lbs to 182.
