Any Goals?

It's good to see some friendly faces around here.

I managed to spark lots of panicked warnings when I talked about weight loss on my blog and facebook, so I'll clarify that although yes, I hate how I look at the moment, I'm not about to rush into any restrictive diet to get it all off quick. What I want to do is work on my healthy eating habits and dump the junk, whilst also beginning to get out and about with Sophia to give us both some fresh air, and me to get a bit of gentle exercise.

(Quick aside, my baby girl has hiccups, and it's so cute to hear, but a little heartwrenching to see her whole body shaking with them!)

So you all know where I stand at the moment. Anyone else got some goals they'd like to share? I see DebbieBoo needs accountability with exercise. Girl, I will bug you like crazy if you'd like me too!

My short short term goal is to get into the 170's before we head to my in-laws for Thanksgiving. That gives me exactly 3 weeks. I was weighing in at 183.something this morning, so I think it's doable...I just have to stay on track this weekend...it's the weekends when I totally blow it. So far so good...my "weekend" usually starts Friday's and I was good on Friday...took a lot of dermination but I stuck to it!

My goal is to count and log my calories every day at www.photowaco.com/surrender With nursing, I get 2000 calories and since I have been tracking, I have been losing about 1-1/2 pounds per week. Feel free to stop by! Cristina checks in on me and it really helps to know someone might be checking on me. :-)

Well I think I have to wait 3 months before trying again to get pregnant. I am 190 now and I would like to be 170 when I get pregnant again.

My goal is to fit into my wedding dress in March. I think I need to lose around 10kg (22 lb). I've already lost 6kg (13.2lb) since mid August and I've got just under 20 weeks to go. I'm counting calories (aiming for around 1200 a day) and so is my fiance, Rob.

This morning I weighed 85.2 kg (187.8). My goal is 75kg (165 lb).

My main goal may seem easy or silly but I have a goal not to eat out until at least the 13th. We spend way too much $$ eating out and it keeps my weight up there. Everytime I begin loosing I sabotage myself and eat out. Once I eat something from a restaurant I have a hard time not doing it again and then we find we've eaten out several times between Friday evening and Monday morning.

Tami that is not silly. Its so easy to convince yourself to go out. No cooking and no cleaning sounds a lot better than a couple hours in the kitchen. Stick to your goal. Its good for you and your pocketbook! :)

Tami, that's not a silly goal. So you can still have easy meals could you think about preparing twice as much and freezing half sometimes, so when you don't want to cook all you have to do is reheat and maybe fix a veggie or salad.
Big hugs, it's good to see you around here :)

Actually it's good to see al of you :)

Christina, How are you doing? Did you make it successfully through the weekend?
Nikki, have you found out if you are preggers or not? I'm sorry if your not. I know how hard it is when you get built up and excited for a pregnancy and then it doesn't come to fruation. Believe me, my body did it many a times.

Bekki? How goes it???

Debbie, did you eat better over the weekend? How are the first couple of days of the week going? How is Sophia? I know she had a bit of the snuffles. Hope all is well.

I did lose the baby. We thought so Monday when I went to the dr., but still not sure. Now things are happening on their own. I know God has his hand in it, and there is a reason for everything. Thanks for checking!
