Well here we're passing round a cold and I've still been having headaches, but since they really do seem to be linked to sugar, i've been trying hard to cut that out. Now I need to work on the savoury food overeating!I'm down a pound this week. Not a lot, but i'll take it! I really need to get going with exercise more, cos I've got really bad at that.Ok, back to Sophia. Think she's feeling rough today and seems to need lots of extra love and attention. Oh and mummy milk!

Good morning. Hope you are all well. I am up one this week. I do belive it is fluid retention. We had a bid lunch at church yesterday and I may have over indulged a bit. :) I am still working out regularly. Trying to run a mile and then use the weight machines. So, hopefully there is some muscle building going on.Now off to work. I'm traveliing again this week. I have a big presentation tomorrow. Any and all prayers are appreciated! Thanks!

Hi all! So sorry for not checking in sooner. I've been blessed w/ work for the past 6 days straight and I have 3 more days to go, so my time's all mixed up.First of all, thank you all so much for your condolences regarding my grandma. Even though she's been wanting to go home and we knew it wouldn't be much longer, it was still hard to say goodbye. So thank you very much for all the prayers!As far as weight loss, I'm having a difficult time getting back on the wagon. Being on the go so much the past two weeks has exhausted me and cut into the time I would normally devote to exercise. Plus major stressors cause me to stuff things into my mouth w/o thinking it through. So I obviously need to find time to regroup and get it all together.All that to say I weighed myself Sunday since I knew Monday would be too hectic. I was at 245, which was up 1.2 from two weeks prior. I was surprised 'cause I thought it would be more. But then I was annoyed b/c I know it may take twice as long to lose the 1.2 lbs that it took to put it back on. *sigh*Anywho, Christy I hope you're having a smooth week of traveling and your presentation went well!Great job w/ your loss, Missy!You too, Debs! And I hope y'all are all feeling better!
