Autumn is here

Good morning folks
How are things going for you?
I've got my thinking cap on to try to work out
a) How to make myself fit exercise into my life
b) What would get people around here more excited, or if we're just flogging a dead horse around here.

Any thoughts on either would be gratefully received.

I'm up one and I'm hoping it's just water retention cos it's time of the month, but in case it's not I gotta be super good this week!

I didn't get to weigh first thing this morning, so I will tomorrow morning.

I need to be super good too Debs! You know, I remember it being so easy the first time around with South Beach. I'm not sure what my issue is now. Guess I need to do some serious soul searching! I will also be thinking about what could add some excitement around here.

Well, I'm excited to see you two on here! Life's been wacky lately, so sorry I haven't been around as much. :(
I'll put my thinking cap on as well and drop u a line when I get a moment to breathe . . . which has been very hard lately considering a constantly stuffy nose!

Here's my numbers:
255/243.4/239 (stg)

To my shock and amazement I'm down 1.6 from last week! I've not had much time to exercise and I've been majorly stressed out and working overtime (finally!). I've tried to be good, but know I haven't been as good as I should be, so I guess it's a fluke! ???

Anywho, we'll see how this wk goes. I think being away from home and working more helps me not stuff my face due to boredom and depression...
