That's my frustration at myself for not only failing to lose weight, but putting some back on. I know what I have to do, and yet I don't do it. I don't know how to stop sabotaging myself :(

That's up some. I've lost track how much. But basically I put back on the 4 I lost a few weeks back.
It's okay girls- We can do this! I promise to pray for all of us to regain our will power and refocus on healthy eating!!!!! If we can't do it alone; God will do it with us!

I have recently started doing meal replacement shakes. They are actually pretty yummy. I am adding fruit and making smoothies with them. I had a strawberry cheesecake shake for breakfast this morning. Not too bad and they have the vitamins I need to stay healthy. I will let you know how they work. I am replacing at least one meal a day and sometimes two. I just started Saturday evening.
