The plan continued

Well, I'm still working on getting better. Will we ever stop being ill here at chez Debs? The plus side of it is that apparently I haven't had much of an appetite this last week and have finally lost more than that one pound I've been losing and gaining for the last few weeks.
My chest is still pretty tight and I'm coughing lots, so I'm not really ready for exercise as such yet, but when I can, I'll be deliberate about trying to fit exercise into my day.

How about you?

Debbie, if you're not already, get back to logging your food (and please, I'd love to read a post about that). And keep drinking that water.

ChristyF, how are you managing with smaller portion sizes? And have you got that regular gym habit down now?

I've lost 30 so far :)

I think that was down about 4 or 5 this week, anyway, i'm just glad that things seem to be moving downwards again :)

WOW Debs! 30 lbs...that's great! And I do hope you get to feeling better soon.

I am actually up to 155 this week. However, I do not feel that's a true number. We ate Mexican food last night and the sodium gets me every time. I have been doing pretty well with the gym. I'm still having to work on the portions sizes, but that's my plan. I am going to see how counting calories goes for a few days. I have never been too good at that, but it's worth a shot considering I am losing and gaining the same few pounds over and over again lately. Apparently I need to eat less than 1400 calories per day to lose. I don't remember the exact number. Today I have done pretty well. So here's to another week! Have a great one!

I would LOVE to write a post about it, but I'm w/o internet these days! Hence my lack of comment on Monday.

Way to go, Debs!!! 30 lbs is A LOT!
And no more salty foods the night before weigh-in, Christy! Lol! Hopefully that means you'll have an even bigger loss next wk!

As for me, I'm surprised that I'm maintaining at 244.4. I was worried I would've shot way up due to lack of exercise and healthy eating. I AM watching my portions, but haven't been able to get all my fruits and veggies (we're between paychecks at the mo, so no grocery store shopping for me til Monday) but i did go walking twice while i had my nephews and niece here last week. Hopefully I can go out again this wk.

Anywho, I hope to be back online by next week, but I'm not sure. I'll try to check in when I'm working tho, if I have time before or after my shift. But know that I'm thinking and praying for y'all even if I can't get online and post! Enjoy the rest of your week! Oh, and I'll be praying you get well soon, Debs. I, too, have been sick for going on a month now. No bueno!
