Challenge for the day:
Eat at least 5 servings of fruit, vegetables and salad today.
I've realised that it would be usful to post the challenge a day early, so Wednesday's challenge will be:

Well I ended up eating veggie stir-fry for lunch and dinner, so I had onion, carrot, aubergine (egg-plant), courgette (zucchini), mushroom, pepper, and possibly something else that i don't remember!
Wow Debs, that's a lot of veggies...good for you. Well, I might have gotten in my 5 servings...I had an apple, a banana and for lunch I had some edamame (is that a veggie?) and for dinner I put in mixed frozen fruit in my protein shake (several servings of the fruit. So, if edamame is a veggie, I got my 5 servings in...barely. :)
Acheived just cos I shared Debs' stirfry at dinner at least.
