*insert witty weigh-in title here*

Good morning. Well actually it's afternoon for me, but since several of you are in the US, it'll still be morning for you.

We're back from holiday and I'm back to the computer and raring to go! How are you?
Oh well, raring to go, but doing it gently. I'm still wearing the ankle support bandage and taking it easy. Hopefully I can begin to build up with exercise a bit more.

We're back from holiday so i could weigh again.
unfortunately I suffered with a big of food poisoning on saturday, which, shall we say, cleared out my system. Anyway, I will post my weight today, but it probably will bounce back up a bit before it continues down.
316/293/290 (STG)
That's down 7 from 3 weeks ago. Sounds good to me.

(when i weighed on saturday evening i was 295 so that may be more realistic, but we'll see next week)

Great job with the loss, Debs! So sorry you had food poisoning, tho. No bueno!

I'm in Waco today, so away from my scales. I'll weigh in tomorrow. I don't think I'll have much of a loss. This past week I was taking care of my nephews and niece so didn't get to exercise as much as I had been. Plus I had major salt cravings so ended up eating off plan a few times. So I'm not looking forward to weighing in. Oh well!

Happy Labor Day, everybody!

153/153/135. SAME.

Scales didn't move, but I can't say I'm too disappointed. We were traveling over the past couple of days and I ate a few things that were not the best. Nothing terrible, but loaded with salt. Anyway- moving forward. Have a great Labor Day!

Glad you are feeling better Debs. How is Bekki?

197.5/194/183. Half a pound down. Not much, but it's in the right direction. I did excellent throughout the week, but not the best over this holiday weekend. Had a houseful of 14 year old boys stay over Friday and they brought with them chips, chips and chips - plus soda, cookies and brownies. Too much temptation!

Resist, Missy!

Bekki is doing better, did y'all see her blog post?

I took Sophia to be weighed today, and I just realised that she weighs (within a pound or so) the amount that I have lost so far. And she's pretty hefty to lug around! She's tall and pretty high on the percentile lines for an 11 month old.

I am very much alive and feeling better. Still getting tired and a little breathless, but getting better all the time. I'll be on warfarin (anti-clotting drug) for the next 6 months, which means regular blood tests. At the end of that time, I'll have some more tests to see if they can identify any underlying cause.

Shame I can't really say my weight loss is improving :(
Still, I haven't really been trying for the last fortnight.

Back up to 97kg, which is where I started. Still aiming for 90kg as a STG.

Am trying to eat healthily, but I'm not getting much exercise as it tires me out.

Glad you're doing better, Bekki. Just keep taking care of yourself and eating those healthy foods.
Great job w/ the loss, Missy! And staying the same is better than going up, right Christy?

Here are my stats:
255/247/239.8(stg)

That's down one from last week and it's a COMPLETE shock for me! If you read my food log then you'll see I was eating loads of bad stuff during the week or too much of the good stuff. The only explanation I have is it's all in the water. I was intentional about trying to drink 3 liters of water each day. Why 3 liters? Because I recently heard drinking 3L/day burns 75-100 calories which can equal a pound a week. Low and behold I actually lost a pound! It'll be interesting to see what happens next week.
