Get ready, get set, GO!

So, what are your numbers this week?

Things are too quiet around here, it needs some shaking up. Anyone have any thoughts on that?

I have a yummy crock pot recipe to share, but it'll have to be later cos I have to get us ready to go out and, are you ready for this? GET SOME EXERCISE!
Yes, I've decided my ankle is up to the Monday morning walk that I had been doing before things went a bit wonky. It's taken me a while cos it's not on proper paths, but lots of uneven ground, and I really didn't want to trip and go through all that pain again. But I've decided it's time to bite the bullet (esp given my track record the past two weeks. Yuck :( I have not been good, but now I'm back on track)

We're back from the walk. It felt really good :)
My ankle is a little tender now, but nothing major, so that's good.
Just had yummy salad for lunch with my mummy.

My weight was, hm, well the same, if you go by the whole pound numbers (which is all the wii fit can do). But if you look at the weight tracker graph you can see it was up about 1/2 a pound. So this must STOP!

Um, I think my scale's broken because apparently I'm down 2.6 from last week . . . How the heck did THAT happen??

I wasn't completely bad and I exercised only 3 days. It was a very stressful week, tho, and I didn't do great w/ logging my food. But I guess I wasn't as bad as I thought I was. And I may have been retaining water last week. I dunno. I'm just worried the scales may jump back up next week. I guess I'll have to work hard this week to keep that from happening!

197.5/195/183. Up a pound from 2 weeks ago, more from last week since I know I was down but forgot to post so I don't remember. I've been in a lot of pain and inflammation lately, so I'm pretty sure that's what is going on. I've been eating decently and trying to keep moving.

97.7 this Monday, which is up, a lot. That would the effect of a weekend of eating far too much yummy food. Though there's also some water retention in there. I'm being stricter and counting calories again. Yesterday went well and I made yummy soup to eat for lunch (lunch is my downfall, somehow).
Still heading for that STG of 90kg.
