Welcome to Monday, and a new month. We're into the holiday season now, how are you doing? Did you survive the pull of Thanksgiving goodes, those of you who were celebrating? Have you been exercising lately? My resolve for this week is to get back into exercising on a regular basis. Weigh-in and tell us where you're at

Up 1.6. Same old same old.
Some weeks I don't know why I bother.

I am getting exercise - lots of cycling. Just eating too much of the wrong things. Grr.

Don't despair Bekki, you can do it.
161.4 which is down 3 and my lowest ever. I think the scales must be lying cos I am not even trying to lose just maintain. Can't think of any explanation but I'll take it anyway.
I am getting exercise. Went for a lovely walk in the mud this am but beautiful sunshine and good company.

We had a great Thanksgiving. I overindulged, but not as bad as in years past.

I gained for Brandi...up 5!!!! :) I overindulged and it wasn't even on the Thanksgiving Feast...it was too much snacking on junk. So, back on my being diligent path and journaling what I'm eating if I want to get < 180 by 1/1.

I was 222 yessterday, today it was down to 219.8 and i know I'm still retaining water, but I still need to get my butt into gear!
