194.2 Up .6 from last week. But, my husband is standing behind me saying that we're getting serious starting this week. He even went out on Saturday and bought us both a set of weights. It's on now. We don't want another year of hanging out in the same weight range.
194. That's on a different scale than the one I normally use, though, so who knows?

I am back. I know I come back often, but I have gained back all 30 pounds that I lost last year. I am really really really back. Today I am 190. One year ago...160.I can not believe I did that. What a crazy woman I am. So there you have it. I did not choose to wait until the new year to change my eating habits cause it needs to happen now. Today is my 3rd day on Phase 1 of South Beach. Its been very hard!!! I honestly hate it and love it at the same time. (Mostly hate) Hehe. But I really liked how I felt at when I was 30 lbs less and I liked how I never had a problem with finding something to wear. I liked not thinking things made me look fat or ever being embarassed if I got seconds somewhere. My goal weight is 150. Its not going to be easy, but I know I can do it. And what the heck is so great about eating bad food anyway? It seems like we should be getting joy from so many other places then the fridge! So that is my story. I will be around a lot right now cause I love the support we can offer each other. Here we go again...
Nikki, we love you! Welcome back. I've gained I don't know how much (still away from home) from my lowest point, so i need to kick my butt into gear. However, i've been yearning to get on my treadmill while i've been away, so i'm hoping that that'll continue once i am home and back at it (the exercise, i mean)I'll weigh tomorrow, hopefully. Right now I'm in cambridge with Bekki.
