I'm a little frustrated after being on phase 1 again all week last week. I stayed the same.
152/148/125. no change.
I did travel all day yesterday and got my monthly visitor so I'm sure I'm retaining lots of fluid. Let's hope that was the issue. I'm choosing to stay with phase 1 for another few days at a minimum.
Sorry to hear that, Christy! Don't get too discouraged, tho -- at least you didn't gain! Hopefully it's just water retention.
I wasn't home this morning so wasn't able to weigh in. I'll post tomorrow. But I'm worried! I went off track numerous times last week and wasn't able to exercise as much since I had some all day trainings and then we got lots of rain, keeping me inside a lot. So I'm not expecting a good weigh in this week! We'll see tomorrow...
171.6 back up 2 pounds. :-( Although to be fair I am not trying that hard to lose any just concentrating on not gaining. I think lack of exercis is also a problem. i have a painful knee whcih isn't helping.
