last week I was 215.8Today I'm at 215.2.I know in the week I was at 217 something, so to me it's down. I'm probably also retaining water, so hopefully next week will be a more significant down... here's hoping!
166.6. up about 3 pounds from 2 weeks ago. Holiday damage I think plus no exercise over weekend. still in range but a sign I need to get back on track.

i'm coming off of nights, so i didn't get a chance to weigh monday. i weighed myself last week but forgot to post it. doh! i was up 2, but wasn't too worried since it's mostly water. however, since then i've been eating quite a bit, so i'm worried what the scale may say on thurs . . .
