I've got so many blog posts going round my head, but none of them have quite made it to the actually sitting down to write a blog post. I've also had the busiest weekend that I've had in a long time - I'm ready for another weekend just to recover!
So I'm sorry I haven't been around much this past week or so, I'll try harder this week...!

I was doing OK until the weekend. The there was curry, twice, and cake.
I despair.
I am traveling again, so no scales. I am sure I'm up though. Marine Corps Ball over the weekend and bad food choices, but totally worth it. We had a wonderful time. This week may be hard, because I'm in a hotel all week. but I'll be back on the wagon asap! Have a great day!

Thought I would go back to the original starting weight/todays weight/goal just for a change and in case any of you wondered what I am doing here. I am 6 feet tall so am not wanting to get as low as some of you out there.
I lost 4 pound this week but its due to the sickness thing I had over the weekend so is bound to go up again. I am happy maintaining just below my original goal and have been here for over a year now which is very pleasing. It took a year exactly to get there.
Be encouraged you people. You can do it. Just keep making those healthy choices.

As most of you know, I have a new goal to gain about 30 pounds or so over the next 7 months :-)

I forgot to weigh in yesterday.
I'm at 215.8, which is up slightly from last week, and the same as I was two weeks ago. I need to get motivated agan somehow, but i'm not sure i know how right now.
I am with you Debs. I don't know how to get motivated either. I just keep blowing it over and over. I don't know how to just start over and not miss food. When I did south beach for the first time, I never cheeted! Not for 3 months. I lost 30 lbs and was sooooo happy. I have gained back 20 and can't seem to remember how to be self controled. AAAAHHHHHH!!!!!
I'm with Debs and Nikki. I didn't weigh in yesterday, I was scared. :( I need to get re-motivated and back on track. I'm hoping today's the day...actually, today's the day. :)
