I did not weigh first thing this morning, so I am going to wave my right to weigh today. ;) Mainly because I prefer to use my first morning weight. I doubt there has been much change this past week. I'm not eating anything really bad, but I am eating phase 3 foods. Well, I need to eat phase 1 and 2. So today I will go back to phase 1 for a week or so just to get back on track. I did, however, walk 4.5 miles this morning. YAY!! If I had known I was .5 mile short of 5 miles, then I would have kept walking. Going to work on doing this at least 3 times per week. Have a great day ladies!!

197.5/194.5/183. Down 2, just the way I like it! I did not have a perfect week by any means (i.e., the cupcake meltdown) but I did log all my food at sparkpeople and made some better choices because of it. Great goal for walking Christy! Hope it felt great.

Great job w/ your walking, Christy! And great job w/ your loss, Missy! You're using SparkPeople, too?? Isn't it great? I've been meaning to write about it, so I'll have to get on that!

Here are my stats:

255/248/239.8(stg)
Down 1.8 from last week! No idea why, but I'm not questioning it! Slow and steady wins the race, tho, so I'm hoping I can keep it up.

Have a great week, everyone!

hey everyone, great job all round, well, with a bit of room for improvement, but you know what you gotta do!
We're on our way home from holiday, and will be back in london tomorrow, so i can weigh either sunday, or may just wait til monday. But I can tell from my belt that my tummy's got smaller (although that may smaller than it was after I ate lots of bad holiday type food last week. I've stayed well on track for the last 4 days)
