Sorry, i meant to come back and comment right away, but Sophia woke up from her nap, and it was too hard typing and cuddling!
She's had a horrible high temp for a couple of days now. I think it's teeth, but we're off to the doc this morning just to get her checked over.
Uh me, well, TMI, but i'm currently having my first period in twenty months and i had totally forgotten what they are like! I was all emotional earlier in the week, and when i realised I was was like duh! Oh course! Food wise, I'm mostly doing ok. Might try to get myself some dark chocolate today - medicinal purposes of course!
Awesome Debbie! Hopefully my scales will move too, but not so much yet.
Poor Debs- That time of the month is terrible! Dark chocolate is a must!!!
I have done really well with the water. Not so much with the exercising. It's been a really busy week for me and getting home later than usual. Last Sunday my son and I went into a store after church and I had on flip flops. The door cloed fast and hard and hit my heel, so the next day I realized it was swollen and bruised. Not on the heel but on my ankle. Odd, I know, but anyway it would be fine all day and painful at night. I wear high heels to work by the way, and once I got home and put on sneakers it would start hurting. It was better last night, so I'm thinking I'm good to go for some cardio today. I am so looking forward to it too!
I forgot to say that I AM eating healthy foods this week.
I have not stayed away from sweets. :( However, I haven't been overly indulgent either. (When friends make yummies it's very hard to decline without feeling rude.) I have walked everyday, not much but at least 30 min. On Tues & Wed I even did some kayaking.
Good job sticking with the food plan, Debs, even when feeling blah. The break was nice, but back to womanhood... ;)
Christy, I hope the heel is all better soon. I hate when stuff like that happens right after I set a goal!
