Down only .6, but I met my first short term goal! Yay! It was a bit touch and go there a few days ago. I didn't think I would make it, but I hunkered down over the weekend and made it a point to do some extra exercising. I guess it worked!

Basically, I am back where I started a couple of weeks ago. It is frustrating because I am being soooooo good with my food choices. So, I assume it the exercise, or lack of exercise that is the issue. So today, I walked for an hour at a pretty good pace. When I first started back on SB a few weeks ago, I lost 6 lbs, so maybe this is just my first plateau? We shall see! Have a great day ladies!

Excellent on the STG, Debbie! Good call, Christy, the walking should do it.

197.5/196.5/183. No change this week. I was kinda hoping with all the hiking and camp prep that I'd see some downward movement, but I know I didn't make the best food choices available when planning the menu for cheap and easy. So let's pick back up where we left off. :)

Hey folks, away from my scales, so can't weigh in, but *mostly* sticking to good food. We'll see what the numbers say once I'm back home!
