Monday's here again!

Wherever did that week go? What did you do last week? Did you do anything exciting. I was away over the weekend on a church weekend away. (I tried to re-phrase that last sentence to not contain the words 'away' and 'weekend' twice, but kiddo* will only sleep for so long, and there are more important things in life!)

Why not weigh-in and share something that you did last week, or have planned for this week.

I too was away on that church weekend. it was good but think I ate too much. I have put on 4 pounds!
162.6/166.2/164 still in range just better make sure it doesn't keep going up!
I got back to swimming last week had a great walk along the seafront on Saturday and another rather muddy one this morning. Aim to keep up the (gentle) exercise this week. And I got my new (to me) car last week so am enjoying it. nothing else exciting that I can think of.

Oh, something exciting? I got to go to part of World Mandate (a missions conference) this weekend, that was really nice.

UP 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so mad at myself. I was down to 183 earlier in the week, and today...187! Oh well, its a new week and I need to really be following my plan.

Last week was fine, this week will be fine too. Same ol' thing at our house. School work, house work, and that about covers it. I PLAN to eat in my point range this week, and Sunday I will have a "cheat" day cause we are having a Super Bowl party. I will attempt to save some points until then so that I don't over do what I should be having....Here we go!!!!!!!!!!!

Down 0.4. Not much, but at leas it's down. I initially read the scale as 194 and nearly panicked, but quickly realised it wasn't.

I forgot to weigh in this morning, so I'll weigh in tomorrow. I'm sure I'll have some damage to report...I was away this past weekend and I ate way TOO much.
Nikki, a 4lb gain...don't be discouraged. It's probably hormonal or water retention. Be good this week and be careful on Sunday.... :) I'll be right there with ya....trying to be good. Oh...my 11 year anniversary is this Saturday...so my cheat day will be Saturday. :) I hope just Saturday...lol.

200/198.5/170. Down .5. It's the right direction, at least, and a little surprising since I had pizza for dinner not once, not twice, but THREE times this past week (once the boy and I ordered it--he had a craving--and then it was served at a staff party, and I took home leftovers for the next night). At least it was good-quality pizza from locally-owned businesses...

Jessica I think it just shows that actually you can eat almost anything if you do it in moderation and combine it with mostly healthy eating. Bu maybe best keep off the pizza this week eh.

I weighed in this morning too and I'm up 1 this week. I really feel that it's water so I'm not too upset. Hopefully next week will be better.
