This weeks loss -4.9 lbs. Only .1 off my goal. shoot.
Goal for this week... exercise daily, mon-sat.
This morning I weighed in at 206.8. That's up from my lowest this week (but considering the sickness bug, and putting weigh back on once I started eating again, that makes sense).
Anyway, it's still down 1.6 from last week.
My goal for this week - buy a diary. I know it sounds a little goal, but it's one I've been meaning to do for weeks!

I weighed myself with justyna's scale, which is neither digital nor speaks American. The whole stone thing is another language for me. Besides, even though I just weighed myself 20 min ago I can't even remember what it said!
So I think my goal for this week should be obvious: buy a scale!

That's down 2.2lb which is a pleasant surprise. I didn't really eat all the right things, but I did eat regular meals, mostly sensible portion sizes and didn't pit out on chocolate or muesli (my main comfort foods).
My goal for this week - tidy the house. My housemate's away on holiday for a week and I think it would be nice if she came back to find the house cleaner than when she left.

Stephine, if there's no major reason you can think of, then don't panic. Could be a number of different things. Just keep on track, possibly increase your water intake to encourage your body to let go of any water it's retaining, and above all, don't panic!
Stephanie--just keep on, keeping on. The scale is not what matters!
My weight--121. This is very low for me and I kind of think it's wrong, but I weighed a couple of extra times to be sure.
My goal this week--to stay on schedule.
Oi! I am so not with it this morning! I woke up with a lovely cold. Couldn't begin Autumn with out one I suppose. So, today I'm up 1.2. A.F did come knocking yesterday morning AND we had BBQ and I didn't drink enough water. All in all the weight is so my fault.

No weigh in for me. Actually, I was out of town on Monday but I did weigh in on Tuesday and I'm ashamed to report. I went UP. We headed to San Antonio Sea World over the weekend and I ate and ate and ate some more. :( I did it...no one to blame but me.
