Weigh away..

Good morning, it's Monday it's time to weigh.
I'm sticking this up and then heading back to bed. I have a high temperature and was sick this morning, which is not good. I know I joked to my Mum the other day that the only way I'd reach my weigh loss goal of losing 100lb in 2 years was if I got some sort of sickness bug, but I didn't actually mean it!

Anyway, weigh away..

last week I was 213.6.

This morning I was 208.4. Not sure that really counts though, given the afore mentioned sickness..! We'll see how the rest of the week goes..

I'm calling this a new beginning since it's been ages since I actually weighed in. Short term goal 180. Actually, I'd be happy to see any loss by my birthday (4 weeks today). Baby steps!

Up a bit but basically still in goal range.
Off to take HP back to uni in Exeter. we have just about got everything in the car so should leave soon. It's about 5 hours journey.

Last week 199.3, today 198.7 = -.6

I confess I started the week great, but a friend convinced me to cheat. We're starting biggest loser at church on Wednesday night so she "convinced me" to wait and really start on Thursday so my initial weigh-in there wouldn't be affected. She PROMISED she wouldn't tempt me to cheat after we start this. We'll see, cuz she's already starting to waiver about joining. SHE is my biggest obstacle...

193.2 exactly the same as last week. Given the fact that I have spent this week taking a friend site seeing across WA I'm really, really happy about the weigh in.

Might I also chime in here for being thankful to a week of getting back to routine. I really tried to leave a comment on Thankful Thursday SEVERAL times but it never would take. I dropped my friend of at the airport and although there is a sadness about saying goodbye I am thankful to put my home back in order.

I'm at 189 this morning.
I think that's what I weighed in last week. It might have been 190. Either way, I've just been maintaining because I've been making some not so healthy food choices yet still exercising, so I'm just maintaining. This isn't where I want my weight to end up at, so I need to get back to loosing!!!

Debs, all week I was having to work from my husbands lap top and for whatever reason the connection was super slow. Sometimes more so than others. At those times I just couldn't comment for some reason.

up 4..I think! I'm not really happy about it, but I AM the one to blame. I ate a lot of salty snack foods over the weekend...Oh, and the fair was in town..I had FAIR FOOD!! It was great, but now I must face the consequences.

Since I just weathered through a hurricane and am about to move away from my family, friends & home to another country in TWO DAYS (oh my!) and am PMS-ing, I didn't want to weigh myself this morning. During the long hours of being stuck in the house with no electricity, all we could do was eat. And then when we got electricity and all we could do was sit and watch the devastating news coverage because there was no where in the city to go, we ate some more. So I gained at least two pounds I'm sure, which is very depressing, but in the grand scheme of all that's happening in life at the moment it doesn't bother me all that much.

Is any of that ^^ coherent?

at 161 AGAIN....I guess I should expect that considering all the junk and I have been eating not to mention that i also have been skipping the exercise throughout the week....hope to have a better week this week...

I'm a day behind and kind of happy about it now. Yesterday started off on the wrong foot and if it could go wrong it did. Not to mention busy, busy, busy. so...
