192...again. I started using weights and doing targeted training this week on top of the treadmill so I'm hoping that's what has my body all crazy. Will I ever see the 180's???
199.5 or so--a little too close to 200 for comfort (I really want to consistently weigh in the 100s). My eating was kind of wonky this weekend, and I'm under a lot of stress right now at work, so that might explain things a little. This week I want to go to the gym at least three times, and avoid treats at work (I'm going to bring my own treats--dried mango slices--to our staff meeting Wednesday so I won't be tempted by the inevitable doughnuts). We'll see.

My weight today: 220, which is down FOUR from last week! I must've been holding water like a dam and not even realized it!
I just came off night shifts, so am behind in the blogging world. I'll have to catch up tomorrow.

169. No change. Eating chocolate lots though. Every day for the last 4 days. Can't seem to stay off the stuff.

I'm in Exeter and away from my scales so not weighing in. I suspect I might have gone up - lots of birthday celebrations involving food.

Much lower than I thought it would be. I honestly believe it's a mistake because my clothes are fitting a bit snug.
