Good morning, and welcome to Thursday. I'm guessing I got here before most of you, and it appears to be set to be a good day! Why not share reasons that you're thankful, and while you're at it you have the chance to weigh-in too.
Today I am thankful that although I haven't lost any weight since Monday, I also haven't gained. I'm at 211.2 again. I'm feeling really sluggish because I'm not able to exercise, and I can feel the 5 or 6 pounds that I've put back on since my lowest weigh-in. Therefore, I'm officially joining Nikki today, and going onto phase one. I think I'll also journal my food at 'Can Big Change to Beautiful', just for the extra accountability.
I was 163.2 this morning which felt surprising, my lowest yet and down 2 from Monday - weird. However I have been snacking less the last few days - that is my danger point. I am thankful for time to make jam which I a m going to do later this morning.
175. That is down 3 since Monday. It feels good to be losing again. I like going down and not up! Welcome to Phase 1 Debs. Its a good place to be. Or at least I keep telling myself that!

My family. Living in a country where I have the freedom to worship the Lord. Good health. Being a mother of 3 naughty little sweethearts! There is so much more, but we will leave it at that.

I'm thankful for life!! I'm also thankful that my 5 year old is not terrified after being put on the wrong bus this afternoon!!!
